How do team codes work?

Every pack is a single code with a number of seats on it. Buy 20 seats and you get one code that 20 people can use. Share it by email or chat and everyone starts the test with it.

Where do I find my code after paying?

In your app.coloredbrain.com account, under your purchases.

Do I need an AI plan to see my results?

No. Your CBCI results come with the assessment. AI plans add coaching, pair guidance and team tools on top.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly, or upgrade?

Yes. Upgrade anytime and the unused time on your current plan is credited to the new one.

Does a completed CBCI expire?

No. It stays on the person's account, even if an AI plan ends, and they can join a new team without retaking it.
