See team friction before it starts. Lead what happens next.
Teams lose about a day a week per person to miscommunication. The 15 minute CBCI shows how each person on your team gets clear. Then Predictive Psychology AI uses everyone's real results to show what will probably happen in your next decision, change or conversation, and exactly what to do to improve the outcome.

Debrief and connect
Review it with your coach, then see your teammates' results and get AI guidance for working together.
Four ways a brain gets clear enough to act.
Your result shows all four, not just one. Most people lead with one process and lean on a second. The one you're weakest in is usually where your misunderstandings start.

Acts to understand
Starts with the big picture, tries things, and finds alternatives others miss.
Needs: room to test it. Frustrated by: long explanations before anything happens.

Structures to understand
Needs logic, sequence and consistency. Spots the gap in the plan first.
Needs: clear steps. Frustrated by: changes nobody explained.

Connects the details
Gathers information, links it together, and weighs every option before committing.
Needs: detail and time. Frustrated by: decisions on the spot.

Senses the meaning
Reads people, tone and patterns, and asks what the situation means for everyone.
Needs: the why and the people impact. Frustrated by: cold, purely logical plans.
Not a color. A pattern you can actually use.
Your result shows how strongly each process runs in you, which one leads, which one backs it up, and the one that trips you up with other people. Then it tells you what to do about it.
- Your four scores, with intensity. A light lead means flexibility; a dark lead means the trait is strong.
- Your miscommunication zone: the process you find hardest to read, and who is likely to feel misunderstood by you.
- What to do differently with each of the other three colors, and what to say.
- Your teammates, once you connect: who's in whose danger zone, before it costs you a project.

Your team isn't difficult. It's missing a color.
When everyone takes the CBCI, you see which Clarity getting processes your team covers and which ones it doesn't. The gaps are where projects stall, meetings end without decisions, and good people quietly check out.
Only 32% of leaders say change is being adopted well in their organization. How much of that is people who simply never got clear?
Gartner, CHRO priorities for 2026Gap: Blue. Nobody naturally checks how a change will feel to the people living with it. Expect "we explained it clearly" followed by quiet resistance.

Before you start.
What is the CBCI?
The Colored Brain Communication Inventory is an assessment rooted in Directive Communication Psychology. It measures how your brain gets clarity and interprets information. It isn't a behavior or personality test.
How long does it take?
About 10 to 15 minutes. 20 questions in three sections. Find a quiet spot and answer with your first instinct.
My coach sent me a code. What do I do?
Click "I have a code from my coach", enter the email your coach used and the 8-character code, choose your language, and start.
Are there right or wrong answers?
No. Answer based on how you naturally process, not how you've learned to behave or what you think is "correct".
Which languages can I take it in?
English, Malay, Russian, Indonesian, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi and Sinhala.
Who sees my results?
You, and the coach who gave you your code. If you join a team, teammates see what the team's sharing settings allow.
Do we need a trainer to roll this out to a team?
No. A leader can buy codes, share the team code and read the team dashboard the same day. Certified trainers add facilitated debriefs and workshops when you want them.
How long does a team rollout take?
Most teams finish within a week: buy codes today, everyone takes 15 minutes when it suits them, results appear as they complete.
Do I need the AI to get my results?
No. Your CBCI results are included with the assessment. The AI plans add coaching, pair guidance and team tools on top.
